Clarity:
Some insights from market research seem fine but often do not help decide what to do to stimulate new growth. How often do you find you have some interesting insights but are not clear about exactly what to do. Bringing clarity makes your insights actionable.
Momentum:
Businesses that grow are responding to what customers need. It will be hard for your business team to respond if they are not engaged in understanding the insights. To make this happen you must engage and mobilise the whole team to understand customer needs. The you can work together to figure out how to respond.
