Insight:
To get growth you must offer what customers want. To do this you must start by understanding what drives customers to choose your product rather than a competitors'. Without this understanding you will struggle to create products and services that will attract customers. If you are not attractive to customers, you cannot grow your business to where you want it to be.
Clarity:
Some insights from market research seem interesting but often do not clearly help you decide what to do. How often do you find you have some interesting insights but are not clear about exactly what you should do to stimulate growth? Bringing clarity is an important step to make your insights actionable.
Momentum:
When businesses grow, it is because they are responding to what customers need. If you do not work with the business team to understand the insights and create clarity, it will be hard for you to respond in the same way. To make this happen you must engage and mobilise the whole team to understand customer needs. Then you can work together to figure out how you should respond as a business.
